Homemade exfoliating sugar
Exfoliation is one of the key steps to a skin healthy. It helps to remove dead skin cells and deeply cleanse pores. It also gives our skin a soft and smooth appearance. It must be used once a week or every 15 days, depending on skin type, and is very easy to do so naturally . Today I want to show you different exfoliating sugar so that you can do in the comfort of yourhouse .

Exfoliating sugar and essential oils

Ingredients


5 cups sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup of jojoba oil
extract 3 tablespoons peppermint, orange, lemon, vanilla or rosewater

Scrub your hands with lemon

Ingredients


1 cup sugar
½ cup olive oil
½ tablespoon of vitamin E oil
15-20 drops of lemon essential oil

Mix all ingredients well. Use only your hands, because it can be a bit strong for the skin of the face.

 Relaxing scrub for the face

Before preparing this scrub you should know that while the product is in their hand, DO NOT expose yourself to the sun , as this can cause spots on your skin. Ideally you make that scrub the night.

Ingredients


1 cup sugar
Half a cup of almond oil
Half tablespoon of vitamin E oil
Half tsp vanilla extract
15 drops of lavender essential oil

Mix all ingredients. Put on your face in circular motions, then leave for 15 minutes to obtain greater benefits.

 Exfoliating Mint

Ingredients


Half a cup of coconut oil
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon peppermint extract
1 drop of green food coloring

Melt the coconut oil may be in microwave or double boiler. Add sugar 1 ½ cups first, extract and food coloring. Mix well, and simply add the remaining half cup if mixture is too moist.
